1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how ITS IPTV(“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of itsiptv.com, processes personal data relating to visitors and subscribers (“you”). We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.
2. The data we collect
Information you give us
- Account data — your name and email address when you subscribe.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we receive only the transaction reference, the plan purchased, and the success or failure of the charge. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
- Support correspondence — any messages you send via email, the contact form, or WhatsApp concierge.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data — connection events to verify your stream count against your plan, and high-level diagnostics (errors, latency).
- Technical data — IP address, approximate location (city / country), device type, operating system, browser type, and referring URL.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.
3. How we use your data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- to deliver the IPTV Service you subscribed to;
- to take payment and manage renewals;
- to enforce simultaneous-device limits and prevent fraud or abuse;
- to provide concierge support and respond to your messages;
- to send transactional email (subscription confirmations, setup instructions, billing receipts);
- to improve the Service — diagnose errors, measure performance, understand which features are valued;
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Legal bases (UK / EU)
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, our legal bases are:
- Contract — processing necessary to deliver the Service to you (account, billing, streaming, support).
- Legitimate interest — preventing fraud, enforcing plan limits, securing the Service, and improving the product.
- Legal obligation — record-keeping for tax, accounting, or law-enforcement requests.
- Consent — where you opt into non-essential cookies or marketing email. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are used to remember your session and security state and cannot be turned off. Where we use analytics or performance cookies (for example, to understand how visitors use the site), we ask for your consent first via a cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time.
6. Who we share data with
We share data only with carefully selected service providers (“processors”) acting on our instructions, under appropriate data-protection agreements:
- Payment processing — to take payment and issue refunds.
- Email delivery — to send transactional emails and concierge replies.
- Hosting & infrastructure — to operate the website and stream-delivery network.
- Customer support tooling — to manage support tickets and chat (including WhatsApp concierge — note that WhatsApp is operated by Meta and subject to its own privacy policy).
We may also disclose data to law-enforcement or regulators where legally compelled, and to a successor in the event of a corporate reorganisation, merger, or sale.
7. International transfers
Some of our processors operate outside your country of residence. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or an equivalent mechanism. A copy of the safeguards we rely on is available on request.
8. Data retention
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. As a guide:
- Account data — for as long as your subscription is active, plus six months for re-subscription convenience.
- Billing records — for the period required by tax law in our jurisdiction (typically six to ten years).
- Support correspondence — for up to two years after the issue is resolved.
- Technical / diagnostic logs — typically 30 to 90 days.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- port your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with your local data-protection regulator (in the UK, the ICO at ico.org.uk).
To exercise any of these rights, write to concierge@itsiptv.com. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit (TLS), restricted access to systems, and principle-of-least-privilege controls — to protect your personal data. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.
11. Children
The Service is not directed at, and not intended for use by, children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at concierge@itsiptv.com so we can delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Where changes are material, we will notify subscribers by email.
13. Contact
