Why ITS IPTV exists
ITS IPTV started as a side project among friends in 2019 — three streaming specialists who were frustrated by the gap between expensive, inflexible cable bundles and the maze of a-la-carte streaming apps that left every household paying $150 a month for partial coverage. We built something we wanted to use ourselves: every channel, every match, every prestige drama, in one elegant home, supported by people who actually watch the content.

Streaming in 2019 was a disaster of fragmentation. The Premier League required Sky, Premier Sports, Amazon, and BT Sport. NFL fans needed Sunday Ticket on top of NFL+. Prestige drama was scattered across Netflix, HBO Max, Apple TV+, Disney+, Paramount+, Peacock, AMC+, and Showtime. The combined monthly bill rivalled cable, and the user experience meant six remotes, six logins, and six search interfaces.
IPTV existed but was dominated by sketchy resellers — broken billing, no support, no care for the experience. We saw an opening for something better: a premium IPTV subscription with the polish, support, and reliability that streaming households deserved.
How ITS IPTV is different
Three principles shape every decision:
- Premium, not budget. ITS IPTV is positioned alongside premium streaming — not in the race-to-the-bottom IPTV market. The lineup is curated, the support is real, and the experience matches a premium streaming service.
- Concierge, not chatbot. Every member-facing interaction goes through a real specialist. There is no chatbot, no offshore form-filling service, and no first-line script-reader.
- Editorial, not template. The site, the brand, the customer journey — all written and designed by humans who care about the craft. The same sensibility extends to the channel curation: we drop sketchy feeds rather than pad the channel count.
Who runs ITS IPTV
A small team distributed across the UK and the USA — fewer than 20 people, deliberately. The technical operations team manages the streaming infrastructure 24/7. The concierge team handles support in English and French. The product and design team — the people who built this site — care obsessively about the experience.
How ITS IPTV stays stable
Streams are routed through redundant servers in London, Frankfurt, New York, and Los Angeles. Failover happens at the network level — if one server is congested or experiences an outage, traffic shifts to the next within milliseconds. AntiFreeze technology adjusts bitrate per device based on real-time connection quality, so the same feed plays cleanly on a fibre-fed Apple TV 4K and a 4G-tethered iPhone simultaneously. Uptime measured across the last 12 months: 99.94%.
What we commit to
Every paying member gets:
- A 14-day satisfaction guarantee — if it is not for you, we refund the unused portion.
- No contract, no termination fee, no surprise charges.
- A real human reply within an hour during UK and US business hours.
- Continuous channel and VOD updates at no extra cost.
- Honest answers, including when something is not yet working — we will tell you and credit your account if appropriate.
What we are working on
Two things take priority in 2026. First, expanding the 4K HDR lineup — particularly on live sport, where broadcasters are slowly rolling out true 4K feeds. Second, refining the concierge experience: faster response times during peak (NFL Sundays, Premier League Saturdays), and more proactive incident communication when something does go wrong. We will write about both as they ship.
